The Diamond Size Machine from ACCU-CUT will size the valve body inside diameter within 15-20 millionths of an inch and provide cylindricity within 45 millionths of an inch. This machining operation will allow us to provide a part within one class (.0001) thereby eliminating the need to classify valve bodies within 20 classes (.002).
