"For accuracy, durability and simplicity there's nothing to compare with diamond tools. That's why we've chosen an ACCU-CUT system.We're using this system to diamond bore size hardened steel outer bearing races in crankcases to 16 rms surface finish with a cross hatch pattern. Extremely close tolerances are required in the 1.562 diameter bore including roundness within .000075. 		With our new ACCU-CUT system, we acheive size control, roundness and straightness to better than .000020" and an 80% improvement in perpendicularity. We can depend on good quality parts with every cycle. We now have a class "A" operation that fits our Just-In-Time manufacturing schedules and continuous improvement programs. This equipment is a real breakthrough in finishing bearing bore races in our crankcases. No scrap. No rework. No delays."
