ACCU-CUT For Unsurpassed Accuracy in Diamond Bore Sizing!

We are dedicated to creating diamond bore sizing tools and systems that  produce the most accurate, consistent bore sizes and geometry in the industry. 
Statistical Process Control (S.P.C.)  values exceeding 2 CPK on a 2 micron tolerance and as high as 13 CPK on many others.
Our most advanced systems offer fully automated turnkey diamond bore sizing with multi-spindles and multi-stations to produce progressive single pass bore sizing. Inprocess gaging for automatic tool compensation, single pass blind hole components and special application diamond bore sizing  tooling are available. 
Our commitment to research and development means our customers can produce finished parts at a high production rate, and still maintain accuracies to the millionths of an inch. In many cases, when using our systems, tool life often exceeds 1,000,000 pieces, surface finishes of 2 Ra and bearing ratios exceeding 50% are achieved.
