HISTORY OF ACCU-CUT

1985
Accu-Cut was founded in 1985 and started by developing and manufacturing tools in a garage.
1988
Accu-Cut revolutionized the hydraulic valve industry by eliminating the need for bore classification due to size control for Husco and CNH.
1989
Accu-Cut played a critical role in Ford's initiative to install airbags in all automobiles.
1990
Accu-Cut introduced diamond bore sizing to the connecting rod industry, producing high precision rods for Chrysler and replacing conventional honing.
1991
Accu-Cut developed a process to correct engine cylinder bore perpendicularity, which could not be achieved with conventional honing.
1992
Accu-Cut developed the first diamond broach tool and machine for Caterpillar.
1993
Accu-Cut developed step bore tooling to replace grinding for Caterpillar.
1995
Accu-Cut eliminated size classification for General Motors fuel injectors.
1996
Accu-Cut developed blind bore tooling for superior performance and efficiency with power steering pumps.
