Position: CNC Lathe Operator
Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an Entry-Level CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist who can consistently produce quality parts and work efficiently in a production or job shop environment.
Experience:
- Entry-level experience required
- Accu-Cut will train
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes under supervision and following established procedures
- Load and unload parts and monitor machine operation
- Perform basic tool changes and offset adjustments
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gages, and other equipment
- Report quality issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or hand-on experience
- Willingness to learn CNC machining and shop practices
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
