Position: Manual Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Manual Lathe Operator to join our machine shop team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in machining. Training will be provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
Experience:
- Entry-level experience required
- Accu-Cut will train
Responsibilities:
- Operate manual lathes under supervision and established procedures
- Load and unload material and fixtures
- Perform basic setup with guidance
- Follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gages, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude or hand-on experience
- Willingness to learn CNC machining and shop practices
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
